What do I need to bring? -Workout clothes (cycling shorts are encouraged, and we sell them, but are not required); Water, CLEAN sneakers -Smiles are optional--we'll provide them if you forget to bring yours!
Are there beginner classes? -We do not schedule beginner specific classes. Classes are run in such a way that your fitness level and experience are not factors for enjoying the class, or getting the workout that suits your needs. We serve a broad spectrum of participants (older, younger, heavier, lighter, faster, slower--it makes no difference).
How do I sign up? -Because payment is required prior to signing up, we suggest coming into the bike shop to sign up initially, but after you have pre-paid for classes then you can call, text, Facebook, email--whatever works for you (though we don't guarantee a spot, unless you confirm with us face to face or via phone, as it is possible for us to miss a message until it is too late...)
Pre-buy for the 2018-2019 season: Buy your entire season all at once:
-$210: One class per week from start to finish -$400: Two classes per week from start to finish -$575: Three classes per week from start to finish A minimum of 22 weeks of classes offered. If the season extends then you are STILL locked in for your agreed upon day and time until the very end of the season--whenever it finally arrives! No transfers of membership to another person. First come, first served to sign up for your dates and times. No guarantee that if you cancel a class there will be room to make it up elsewhere in the week. Classes do not carry over from one week to the next and cannot be shared with other people. Anybody with classes remaining on their current punch card can take the value remaining and roll it into the next year (i.e. If you have a 10 punch card with 3 classes remaining, you will pay $30 less out of pocket for a seasonal membership, as I already have a value of $30 in hand for the classes remaining).

-25 punch cards will be available for $250, plus include two single class passes to share with someone or use yourself! (This price point also locks you in at the $10 rate for the remainder of the season--no need to pay for a single class at a rate of $12.)
We offer special pricing throughout the season--discounts on shoes, socks, heart rate monitors, shorts, tops, cleats, etc. to those with 10 or 25 punch cards (Typically 10% for those with the 10 punch card and 25% off for those with a 25 punch card--some exceptions apply).
-The "GO BIG OR GO HOME" Deal: 3x 25 punch cards for $650! Great for couples who plan on spending a lot of time with us this winter!
Classes will run approximately one hour, including time to warm up, cool down and stretch before and after.

Spots can only be reserved for those who pre-purchased a class. 603-237-1613 **Unlike Memberships, Punch cards CAN be shared, but doing so negates the price-lock and other side offers. Anybody sharing the punch card should be named when purchasing the card. Limit of two individuals on a single card. Cards do not expire. Cards may be transferable with prior consent.
